It is the U.S. sole source for plastic pour bottles, glass IV, and various reconstitution devices. Maintain steady flow of bottles on packing conveyor lines.\n\nDevelop detailed operational understanding for all department equipment. Set-up machine parameters per operating procedures.\n\nPerform line clearance, quality checks, material movement, and required mechanical adjustments to equipment.\n\nRun label machine as required.\n\nUse blueprints, specifications, Bill of Materials, and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure product acceptability.\n\nEnter production data in applicable systems as required.\n\nReport abnormalities and corrective action to supervision.\n\nFollow Good Documentation Practices.\n\nAssist with the analysis/trending of performance data such as scrap, rework, downtime, etc.\n\nParticipate in and complete all required training. Participate in the training of new personnel.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement efforts and Lean exercises.\n\nMaintain good housekeeping in the working area and lead 6S responsibilities as assigned.\n\nPerform job duties as Material Handler as needed to cover department absences.\n\nPerform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by supervision/management.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh school diploma required. Additional technical experience, training, or education a plus.\n\nBasic knowledge of quality and safety procedures and regulations a plus.\n\nMechanical proficiency required.\n\nFamiliarity with Allen Bradley controls a plus.\n\nCapability to comprehend and interpret computer control documents and specifications. Computer proficient and ability to use software applications.\n\nAbility to read and understand specifications and procedures.\n\nAble to complete documentation legibly.\n\nTrained as forklift driver preferred.\n\nGood interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.\n\nMeet visual acuity requirements as documented in the Baxter Cleveland Visual Acuity procedure CL-01-01-037.\n\nAudiometric testing and hearing protection required.\n\nAbility to bend, stoop and climb cross-over ladders. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
