We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.\nHere, you will find more than just a job-you will find purpose and pride.\nSummary\nThis position is a member of the Safety Operations team that handles country-level PV activities including collection, documentation, and processing of local adverse event (AE) reports from all sources.\nWhat will you be doing?\nHandling collection, documentation and processing of local AE reports from all sources based on national legislation and in accordance with Baxter’s procedures.\nPerforming surveillance activities for any new potential safety information and calling out per procedures.\nPerforming local case triage including assessment of validity, duplicate check and forwarding to internal and external partners as required.\nPerforming case intake within the Pharmacovigilance Safety System (PSS).\nResponding to queries from the global case processing team.\nPerforming source document redaction as necessary and ensuring all source documentation is captured in PSS.\nPerforming local quality checks as required and Health Authority case downloads where needed.\nWhat you will bring\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nExperience on how to effectively operate in a team environment.\nAbility to work independently under strict deadlines and changing priorities with some supervision.\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize changing workload daily.\nBasic understanding of medical terminology.\nAbility to establish proficiency working in the Pharmacovigilance Safety System.\nProficient English is mandatory!
