You will work with cross functional BardyDx resources located in the US. You will work with cross functional BardyDx resources located in the US to implement the test strategies, techniques and processes to ensure that the products & solutions meet Baxter’s quality goals and applicable regulatory requirements.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams to understand requirements, investigate issues, and identify root causes.\nDevelop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test procedures across web applications, middleware, backend services, and system integrations.\nDesign and implement automated test solutions using modern quality engineering practices, including BDD, TDD, and reusable automation frameworks.\nDrive manual, automated, and exploratory testing activities to ensure comprehensive functional and non-functional coverage.\nPartner with V&V and DevOps teams to integrate test automation, quality controls, and validation activities into CI/CD pipelines.\nGenerate and maintain test results, traceability matrices, quality metrics, and validation documentation to support compliance and release readiness.\nContribute to Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution of testing activities.\nEnsure adherence to SDLC, IEC 62304, Agile, Lean, and Quality System requirements while delivering compliant and high-quality software solutions.\nChampion continuous improvement by identifying quality gaps, enhancing testing practices, and driving operational excellence across the development lifecycle.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n7-12 years of experience in Software Verification & Validation (V&V), Quality Engineering, or Testing of Web and Desktop Applications.\nProven expertise in defining and executing test strategies, V&V plans, and automated testing frameworks for cloud-connected applications.\nStrong hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks such as TestCafe, Robot Framework, Selenium, Postman, and Cucumber.\nProficiency in JavaScript and Python, with experience developing scalable and maintainable test automation solutions.\nExperience working in Agile environments with a strong understanding of BDD, TDD, and Quality Engineering best practices.\nHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and integrating automated testing into the software delivery lifecycle.\nStrong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and testing distributed, web-based applications.\nExperience with test data management, quality metrics, defect analysis, and validation activities.\nFamiliarity with code quality, security, and testing tools such as Coverity, Fortify, and related solutions.\nHealthcare, Medical Device, or other regulated industry experience is preferred.\nStrategic and results-driven professional with exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across global, cross-functional teams.
