Baxter’s employees worldwide\nare building upon the company’s rich heritage of medical breakthroughs to advance the next generation of healthcare innovations that enable patient care.\nLocation - Bangalore\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nLead the verification team to understand fully the design specification; design a verification environment and interact with design engineers to identify important verification scenarios.\nLead the development of tests and the creation of top-level and block-level test-benches, stimulus and coverage metrics.\nCoordinate the debug process of failing test cases along with the design team.\nEnsure delivery of verified design blocks for sign-off, meeting defined functionality, performance and coverage requirements. Drive improvements in test execution, quality and delivery.\nLead the development and documentation of product test case.\nIdentifying Testing Risks and own the Risk Mitigation Plans.\nWork within Agile team to deliver quality products as one team\nGuide the team on proper verification approach\nAssist/guide in authoring, reviewing and execution of verification test cases\nProvide input to Trace Matrix to ensure the traceability of the requirements to tests is intact\nCo-ordinate the verification activities during SDLC\nCompile Verification Test Summary Report at conclusion of formal verification phase for submission\nWhat you’ll bring\n10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Verification & Validation, or Software Test Engineering, preferably within the Medical Device or other highly regulated industries.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience leading and mentoring QA/Test teams while driving technical excellence and continuous improvement.\nStrong expertise in defining and executing test strategies, test architecture, and automation frameworks for complex software applications.\nHands-on experience with functional, non-functional, performance, reliability, and automated testing methodologies.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong proficiency in JIRA and ALM tools.\nDemonstrated success collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and aggressive timelines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive quality-focused decisions.\nPassion for innovation, continuous improvement, and challenging the status quo to enhance product quality and delivery.\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with Selenium-based test automation and modern test automation frameworks.\nKnowledge of Teamcenter and/or IBM ClearQuest.\nExperience in medical device software development and familiarity with standards such as IEC 62304 and ISO 14971.\nProven track record in risk-based testing, compliance, and validation within regulated environments.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
