As a Process Operator within our Tank Room operation, you’ll combine hands-on delivery with the judgement to prioritise issues, solve problems and keep important work moving.\nWhat we offer\nThis role is rotating shifts, Monday-Sunday between 06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00. 4 on, 4 off a mixture of days and nights rotating\nWe offer a competitive rate of £13.72p/h (£29,966.53 p/a) AND you will also receive a weekly shift allowance of £109.86. (salary per hour / annum increases once full training completed)\n25 days annual leave + bank holidays**\nEmployee discount scheme\nBlue light card\nFantastic internal progression opportunities\nSubsided canteen\nWestfield healthcare\nUp to 8% pension contribution\nEmployee assistance program\nDuties & Responsibilities\nProduce batches per production plan\nTo perform routine quality checks on the product, perform material changes and taking product samples as specified\nTo control and record detailed data collection using batch paperwork and interpret trend data\nTo set up the manufacturing process for the relevant product code according to the batch instructions and router documentation\nCarry out raw material handling as per procedures\nPerform material changes following safety procedures\nEnsure that all sanitisation procedures are performed on the process equipment at the pre-determined times\nTo perform regular safety checks on machine and equipment prior to use for production\nFollow EHS/GMP/GDP/company and corporate policies and external regulatory requirements.\nBe actively involved in improvement programs, demonstrating a willingness to embrace new ways of working\nExperience required:\nExperience of working in a GMP environment (pharma, food, FMCG)\nQuality focused - able to deal with routine, repetitive tasks whilst maintaining good attention to detail\nTeam Working - working as part of a team & sharing workload fairly with a willingness to work co-operatively and supportively in order to solve problems and achieve team targets\nMaintains high standards of behaviour whilst managing workload\nProcess Orientated - must follow set standards and ways of working\nFlexible - able to carry out varied tasks often at short notice, adjust break timings around the production, work additional hours and adjust working hours as required by the business\nAbility to remain calm in a fast paced environment\nPunctuality is key as well as strong attendance\nGood standard of English comprehension - Able to understand written and verbal communication and speak, read, and write in English\nWell organised and task driven\nExperience setting up and changing over machines would be advantageous but not essential\nThis role gives you the scope of a global healthcare organisation while keeping your contribution close to the work, customers and products it supports.
