In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, upgrading and refurbishing Baxter medical devices used by healthcare professionals across the EMEA and APAC regions. You'll work as part of a collaborative service organization dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience after the sale.\nWhat you'll do\nAs a Product Service Technician, you will:\nTroubleshoot, test, repair and maintain Baxter medical devices and approved OEM products.\nConfigure and upgrade new and existing equipment.\nRefurbish returned devices to ensure quality and performance standards are met.\nEvaluate warranty eligibility and determine the appropriate repair process.\nPrepare repair quotations for customer-owned equipment.\nDocument product failures, repair activities and service actions in internal systems.\nProvide technical troubleshooting support by phone when needed.\nStay up to date on product developments, technical changes and service procedures.\nEnsure customer commitments and service timelines are met.\nCollaborate with colleagues across the service organization to deliver seamless customer support.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN methodologies and problem-solving tools such as DMAIC and PDSA.\nSupport additional service-related activities as required.\nWhat you'll bring\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.\nYou have:\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and a structured way of working.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities and switch efficiently between tasks.\nStrong organizational, planning and time management skills.\nA customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.\nExperience working with SAP, which would be considered a strong advantage.\nGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an international team.\nEducation & Experience\nMBO4+ degree, preferably in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical service, repair, maintenance or workshop environment.\nWhy Baxter?\nAt Baxter, you'll join a company where your work directly contributes to improving patient outcomes worldwide.
