You will coordinate activities across departments to ensure production runs smoothly, materials are available when needed, and products meet quality and regulatory standards. This hands-on position involves troubleshooting production issues, managing nonconforming materials, supporting new product introductions, and assisting with equipment and process improvements. You will also help maintain a safe work environment by promoting compliance with safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and established operating procedures.\nYour Team\nYou will join a collaborative manufacturing team dedicated to producing high-quality products in a fast-paced and regulated environment. The team works closely with Production Operators, Quality, Engineering, Materials Management, and Maintenance to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement. Together, you will identify opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce waste, improve product quality, and solve manufacturing challenges. Recommend corrective or preventive action to assure or improve product quality or reliability. Assist in the implementation of corrective action on product and process failures.\nDrive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies into production through use of Kaizen tools \nAssist with troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing machinery and equipment. \nEnsure adherence to safety rules and good manufacturing procedures; Report any issues related to manufacturing performance, process and safety to the team lead in order to ensure safety, compliance with regulations and GMPs. \nReview all documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance with procedures. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $54,400 - $74,800 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
