As a Production Technician, you'll play a critical part in manufacturing compounded medicines that patients depend on every day.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and takes pride in delivering quality, precision and excellence. You'll work in our state-of-the-art cleanroom facility, supporting the preparation, manufacture and inspection of life-saving medicines while developing valuable skills in aseptic production and pharmaceutical manufacturing.\nBased at our Stockport site, you'll work a rotating shift pattern, alternating weekly between:\n06:00 - 14:00\n 14:00 - 22:00 (Twilight Shift)\nMonday to Friday, with your weekends free.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a key member of our Production team, you'll help ensure medicines are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nPreparing, compounding and manufacturing products in line with approved procedures and quality standards.\nWorking within a cleanroom environment, supporting aseptic manufacturing activities.\nLabelling products accurately and ensuring compliance with product specifications.\nDispensing, preparing and sanitising raw materials for production.\nPerforming equipment set-up, checks, testing and routine maintenance activities.\nMonitoring production areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance.\nSupporting environmental and facility monitoring programmes.\nManaging inventory within isolators and production areas.\nValidating aseptic techniques and maintaining strict adherence to GMP principles.\nIdentifying, reporting and helping resolve production deviations and non-conformances.\nMaintaining productivity targets while ensuring uncompromising quality standards.\nContributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency and performance.\nEnsuring medicines are manufactured and released within agreed turnaround times.\nWhat You'll Bring\nWe're looking for individuals who are highly motivated, detail-oriented and passionate about quality.\nEssential\nGCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to follow detailed procedures and work within a regulated environment.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.\nYou'll Thrive Here If You Are\nA team player who enjoys working collaboratively.\nDriven by quality and patient safety.\nEager to learn new skills and develop your career.\nComfortable working in a cleanroom and following strict procedures.\nReliable, adaptable and committed to delivering excellent results.\nWhy Join Baxter?\nWhen you join Baxter, you're joining a global healthcare company where your work genuinely matters.
