We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.\nHere, you will find more than just a job-you will find purpose and pride.\nProduction Technician (Night Shift)\nPermanent Night Shift | Sunday 10:00pm to Friday 6:00am | 37.5 Hours per Week\nAre you looking for a dedicated night shift role with a structured working pattern and excellent shift allowance?\nWe are seeking a Production Technician to join our cleanroom manufacturing team, supporting the preparation, production, and inspection of compounded medicines. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy working in a highly regulated environment, and are comfortable working permanent overnight hours.\nShift Pattern\nCore hours: Sunday 10:00pm through to Friday 6:00am (37.5 hours per week)\nTraining period: During your first three months, training will take place on afternoon and evening shifts, primarily between:\n3:00pm to 11:00pm, and\n\n6:00pm to 2:00am\n\nFollowing successful training, you will transition to the permanent night shift pattern.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a Production Technician, you'll support all aspects of cleanroom production, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nLabel products accurately according to approved specifications.\n\nPerform equipment checks and set-up activities.\n\nPrioritise workload to meet production schedules.\n\nManufacture compounded products following approved procedures.\n\nDemonstrate and maintain validated aseptic technique.\n\nMaintain productivity and quality standards.\n\nControl inventory within isolators and production areas.\n\nMeet required turnaround times.\n\nSanitise equipment and components in line with SOPs.\n\nCarry out routine equipment sampling, testing, and maintenance activities.\n\nPrepare and sanitise raw materials for production.\n\nReport and escalate any sanitisation deviations.\n\nMaintain high housekeeping standards throughout cleanroom and production areas.\n\nSupport environmental monitoring and compliance activities.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Requirements\nGCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.\n\nGood computer skills and confidence using digital systems.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.\n\nPrevious experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated environment is desirable\n\nWhat's in It for You?\n£27,000 base salary per annum\n\n£5,000 night shift allowance per annum\n\nCompetitive benefits package\n\nOngoing learning and professional development opportunities\n\nA supportive team environment\n\nStrong focus on employee wellbeing and work-life balance\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
