You'll align business objectives, technical requirements, and operational priorities to ensure successful outcomes.\nYou will:\nLead strategic, cross-functional projects that support business growth, product development, and operational excellence.\nBuild alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, regulatory, and commercial teams.\nDevelop and execute project plans that deliver results on time, within budget, and in accordance with business objectives.\nDrive data-informed decision making through financial analysis, resource planning, market insights, and investment evaluations.\nIdentify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges before they impact project success.\nPartner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to influence decisions, secure alignment, and accelerate execution.\nGuide teams through product lifecycle management processes and key stage-gate milestones.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nChampion operational excellence by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.\nEnsure successful project launches while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer impact.\nWhat You'll Bring\nWe're seeking a confident leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and thrives in a dynamic, regulated environment.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering and 8+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.\n5+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-site initiatives.\nExperience within regulated industries, preferably medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing.\nProven ability to lead through influence, drive execution, and deliver results across diverse teams.\nStrong business acumen, financial management, and strategic planning capabilities.\nExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated success managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.\nPMP, PMI, IPMA, or equivalent project management certification preferred.\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.\nBaxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $128,000 to $176,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
