Your work will directly affect the health and well-being of patients worldwide.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform process validation, process capability, and process control studies for assigned areas.\nDrive quality/manufacturing projects by applying Lean, problem-solving, process control, and project management tools to achieve and sustain operational excellence.\nSupport Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality Management departments with the development and implementation of new processes and technology.\nAssist in identifying and developing process improvement projects, including automation and computerization.\nEnsure computer systems and applications align with regulatory quality standards through validation activities.\nEnsure FDA regulations are met for system upgrades and replacements.\nEnsure the quality of facility systems by writing and completing protocols and test cases for validations. Coordinate testing and detailing of projects. Perform and deliver changes to applications and assist in training for systems.\nApply diversified knowledge of applied Statistical Analysis techniques, procedures, and criteria to carry out measurements, process, and product capability studies toward the development of new or refined equipment, materials, processes, instruments, and products.\nCommunicate effectively in written and verbal form and function effectively as a team member.\nAlign with plant and department environmental health and safety regulations.\nLearn, understand, and apply rigorous quality standards, established guidelines, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).\nNotify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical, or discrepancy issues occur.\nSustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.\nPerform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by supervision/management.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge of applications such as Wonderware, Allen-Bradley PLC, Access, and Microsoft Project preferred.\nASQ Certification (CQE or CSQE) or equivalent desired.\nStrong leadership skills and the ability to work with diversified cross-functional teams across different plant locations.\nLogical thought process and self-motivation to work well without direct supervision.\nAbility to quickly learn and understand applications.\nExperience in Quality Assurance or the Pharmaceutical industry desired.\nMeet visual acuity requirements as detailed in the Baxter Cleveland Visual Acuity Procedure CL-01-01-037.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 10 pounds.\nAbility to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods.\nAbility to reach above the shoulder.\nAbility to bend/stoop.\nRequired Education and Experience\nBS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other core Science Field and 0-1 year related experience (in-house, co-op, or acquired outside).\nOther Duties as Assigned\nPlease note this job description is not built to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
