This is an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our life-saving healthcare products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety.\nWe offer some fantastic benefits which are listed below:\n25 days annual leave + bank holidays\nBlue light card\nFantastic internal progression opportunities\nSubsided canteen\nWestfield healthcare\nUp to 8% pension contribution\nEmployee assistance programme\nWhat you'll be doing\nPerforming QA tests, e.g. leak analysis.\nReviewing all quality processes and procedures & advising on compliance with Corporate and regulatory requirements.\nReviewing atypical events and complaints and initiating local holds.\nCompleting Quality Systems/QA commitments\nWorking in close collaboration with Batch release teams & operations.\nPerforming Continual improvement and compliance monitoring Gembas\nAssessing change controls.\nInvestigating and approving any Quality NCR. Owning and approving and Quality CAPA and change control.\nWhat you'll bring\nExperience in the use of quality improvement and problem-solving tools and the interpretation of data. Experience of critical equipment and process change control and validation\nQualified in a Scientific or Engineering degree subject area (crucial).\nExperience and/or knowledge of equipment calibration.\nManufacturing & Quality Assurance exposure\nExcellent stakeholder engagement\nExperienced in owning the investigation process\nExperienced in Trackwise (or similar) desirable\nWhat happens next?\nThis role gives you the scope of a global healthcare organisation while keeping your contribution close to the work, customers and products it supports.
