R&I Quality Technicians are also responsible for documentation review to ensure compliance with material specifications.\n*** The candidate must not be allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin drugs ***\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nCompletes sampling and inspection of all API and excipients used in the formulation of finished product in Round Lake Drug Delivery.\nCompletes sampling and inspection of all printed direction inserts, Labels, Cartons, and other various packaging materials used in Round Lake Drug Delivery.\nReleases materials for production after quality inspections and/or tests are completed and acceptable.\nUses small hand tools and various measuring and testing devices in performing quality tests.\nStrong computer/software literacy, preferred experience with material inventory management systems.\nCompletes data entries in GME and Labvantage for materials.\nCompletes required weekly cleaning in the Non-Cephalosporin clean room.\nPackages samples to be sent to external testing labs.\nFlexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed to meet the production schedule.\nWill work in Non-Cephalosporin, Cephalosporin, and Penicillin facilities as needed.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent required.\nGood writing and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills are required.\nAbility to work in a team environment and make independent decisions based on procedural and regulatory requirements.\nComplete understanding of cGMPs and GDP procedures.\nThe candidate must be able to lift up to 50lbs.\n20/30 vision in at least one eye with or without corrective lenses.\nThe candidate must be able to work flexible hours in a dynamic environment with minimal direct supervision.\nWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
