You’ll work closely with manufacturing and other teams to make sure products are built to quality standards, meet FDA requirements, and follow Baxter policies. Part of your role includes keeping quality records accurate and up to date, all while contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.\nYour Team\nYou’ll be part of a supportive Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team focused on making sure Baxter products are safe, reliable, and compliant. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Document Control teams and provide hands-on quality support throughout the production process. It’s a patient-focused, regulated environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and continuous improvement are truly valued.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nEnsure the Device History Records (DHR) are properly and accurately completed.\nServe as a primary point of contact for rapid and effective corrections of quality issues identified with the Device History Records.\nProvide training to ensure proper completion and accurate GDP used with the Device History Records.\nEnsure the NCMR’s have been properly documented prior to release of the product for distribution.\nRelease the product for distribution by properly signing the Device History Record.\nComplete the required documentation for properly entering the Device History Records in the Document Control System.\nPerform audits to include testing and visual inspection of products.\nCapable of performing non-routine or complex tasks.\nObserves, records, and analyzes data to maintain daily audit reports.\nMay require developing new procedures.\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh school diploma or GED or above\n2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience preferred\nKnowledge of FDA and ISO standards.\nStrong organizational/documentation skills.\nStrong Computer skills.\nDemonstrated high attention to detail\nApplicants must be authorized to work for an employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.\nWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $43,200 - $59,400 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
