We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.\nHere, you will find more than just a job-you will find purpose and pride.\nWe are looking for an R&D Samples Coordinator to join our Malta R&D team.\nWhat you'll do\nEffectively manage logistical operations within the R&D function to support the Malta R&D group testing requirements. This should be in conformance with the applicable requirements.\n\nManage samples related to R&D testing activities from sample reception to sample discard: carry boxes or pallets to the designated location (with forklift when needed) and keep the traceability of these items.\n\nManage samples, climatic chambers and areas dedicated to real time and accelerated ageing processes.\n\nEnsure that work area is well maintained also in accordance to EHS regulations related to area of responsibility.\n\nSupport in the shipment of samples to other Baxter facilities or to external companies (e.g. for sterilization).\n\nCarry out most of the activities in the warehouse area\n\nWhat you'll bring\nO’ Level Standard of education\n\nECDL Certification or proficient in using MS Office and Outlook\n\nFluent in English language: both written and spoken.\n\nPrevious working experience in a warehouse environment and lifter user certification are preferred\n\nWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.
