We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.\nHere, you will find more than just a job-you will find purpose and pride.\nSummary:\nEngage with HCPs (specialists, residents, OR nurses and hospital allied healthcare professionals) and provide information about the approved indication, product efficacy and safety profiles to support on-label use for appropriate patients.\nServe as experts on Baxter’s anesthesia, understanding its use, clinical and patient benefit to effectively communicate to target customers and achieve goal of boosting sales and contributing to long term growth.\nWork with commercial leaders to develop local strategy and business plans to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the assigned territory.\nComply with all regulations, both Baxter and Local Market, regarding interaction with healthcare professionals, government officials and other external stakeholders.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities.\nExecute marketing strategies and achieve sales quota within the assigned territory.\nPrioritize promoting activities via account/territory management with including understanding of key decision makers, buying-influences and processes; prioritizing resource utilization through effective call-account planning and good time management.\nIdentify and call on existing and prospective customers to understand and meet customers’ needs through targeted selling.\nApply therapy and/or product knowledge to differentiate Baxter products against the competitors and address questions on products or therapies and/or provide technical and administrative product demonstrations.\nMonitor actual results against forecasts and participate in the determination of market potential for the territory.\nProactively seek new business opportunities to secure market share.\nBuild credibility & high trust with customer.\nKeep up to date and apply industry knowledge/trends, competitor activity to understand and meet maintain competitive positioning. \nCoordinate and participate in major marketing initiatives e.g. exhibitions, symposiums, promotional campaigns etc \nProvide feedback to immediate supervisor and marketing personnel for the development of marketing policy, recommended product and product line revisions as well as pricing changes or recommend financially sound proposals /tenders & reach a win-win agreement.\nUncompromising commitment to adhering to Baxter’s Code of Conduct and promotes the Baxter Culture through positive, ongoing relationships and activities.\nAny project assigned by Managers.\nEnsure all business activities comply with Baxter’ business code of conduct, relevant to Philippines legal demands, and ethical standards\nQualifications\nWell-developed presentation skills, effective communication skills\nUnderstand business operation, pharmaceutical industry\nDemonstrate ownership for achieving results.\nDemonstrates appropriate sense of urgency and decisiveness.\nAble to develop solutions and make recommendations based on analysis\nProactively seeks feedback and information to solve problems\nBasic PC skills (Word, PPT and Excel)\nAble to write/ speak English.\nEducation and/or Experience.\nBachelor’s Degree\n3-4 years of healthcare experience focused on therapeutic promotion to hospital accounts\nTender management experience is an advantage\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
