We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.\nHere, you will find more than just a job-you will find purpose and pride.\nSummary\nThe Senior Demand Planner is responsible for delivering accurate demand forecasts that incorporate market intelligence, customer demand trends, and business insights to support manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain planning. The role leads the S&OP/SIOP process within the region, drives alignment across functions, and contributes to the global planning process. They develop, maintain, and continuously improve forecasting models, including support for new product launches and portfolio changes.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the monthly cross-functional demand planning and S&OP/SIOP cycle.\nFacilitate consensus reviews with Commercial teams and contribute to global demand planning reviews.\nManage and forecast a complex product portfolio using advanced analytics and statistical models.\nAnalyze sales trends, demand drivers, forecast accuracy, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nDevelop demand forecasts across multiple products, markets, and planning horizons.\nUpdate forecasts with supply constraints and monitor forecast accuracy, bias, KPIs, and process performance.\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure forecasts reflect market dynamics, portfolio changes, and new product launches.\nLead demand review meetings and provide volume forecasts to Supply Planning to support inventory strategies, product introductions, and phase-outs.\nDrive process improvements, enhance planning effectiveness, and deliver training and coaching.\nUtilize demand planning systems and forecasting tools to support decision-making.\nQualifications\nExtensive experience in demand planning, forecasting methodologies, and S&OP/SIOP processes.\nProven ability to influence and build strong relationships across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Supply Chain functions.\nStrong analytical, quantitative, mathematical, and statistical capabilities.\nExperience with forecasting, modeling, simulation, and data analysis tools.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional planning processes and drive organizational alignment.\nExperience working in collaborative, team-based environments.\nKnowledge of Rapid Response and Tableau is an advantage.\nCore Competencies\nStrong collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.\nAbility to challenge assumptions and drive consensus.\nExcellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.\nHigh attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree required; Master's degree and APICS certification preferred.\n4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, including demand planning, S&OP, process improvement, training, and coaching.\nAdvanced forecasting, mathematical, and statistical expertise, with understanding of financial and operational impacts.\nStrong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills.\nProficiency with demand planning software and Microsoft Office applications.\nWhat we offer\nFixed-term contract for 3 months and then for an indefinite period.\nCompetitive salary, annual bonuses, recognition award program.\nPossibilities for development on a personal and professional level in one of the leading global MedTech companies.\nPackage of benefits including Private medical care (Lux Med), Life Insurance, Multisport card.\nBax4U - cafeteria/lunch cards (300 PLN).\nPPE program with very attractive conditions available for each employee after 3 months.\nEducational support: fully covered language courses (English or other languages according to business needs), financial certifications (ACCA, CIMA).\nCo-financing of holidays and an additional 2 days off from work annually.\nDay off for birthday!\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan.\nBax Flex - hybrid model (3 days from the office).\nExtraordinary Warsaw office location - Powiśle!\nWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.
