Success in this position comes from your ability to solve complex engineering challenges, deliver measurable results, and champion continuous improvement across products and processes.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead design transfer activities for new product introductions and product sustainability initiatives, ensuring successful implementation into manufacturing operations. \nPartner with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and engineering teams to align product development objectives with business and customer needs.\nDrive product and process improvements through data-driven analysis, engineering best practices, and innovative problem-solving approaches. \nManage technical deliverables within product lifecycle management and change control processes, ensuring projects progress efficiently from initiation through completion. \nDevelop and maintain technical documentation to support product development, regulatory requirements, and project milestones. \nApply engineering tools such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and root cause analysis to improve product performance and manufacturing robustness. \nLead project teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative environment that supports innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.\n3-5 years of experience in product development, R&D, manufacturing engineering, or a related engineering environment. \nDemonstrated success delivering technical projects and solving complex engineering challenges. \nExperience working within regulated manufacturing environments and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \nStrong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.\nAbility to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. \nExperience applying quality and engineering methodologies to improve products, processes, and business outcomes. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting new product introductions, design transfer, or product lifecycle management activities. \nKnowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Total Quality Management, and risk management methodologies. \nExperience using engineering design, modeling, or computer-aided design tools.\nExposure to medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing industries.\nExperience leading project teams, mentoring colleagues, or serving in a technical leadership capacity.\nPassion for innovation, continuous improvement, and developing solutions that improve patient outcomes.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
