Join Baxter's Global Pharmacovigilance Data Management team and take a leading role in ensuring the quality, reliability and accessibility of critical safety data across a global organization.\nThe Role\nAs a Senior Global Pharmacovigilance Data Analyst (m/f/d) you will serve as a subject matter expert for pharmacovigilance reporting, data integrity and analytics. You will partner with global stakeholders, drive process improvements and help shape future reporting and automation capabilities within the organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the development, validation and optimization of complex reporting solutions and SQL queries.\nGenerate and oversee critical periodic and ad hoc pharmacovigilance reports.\nAct as an escalation point for complex data integrity and reporting issues.\nConduct root cause analyses and drive sustainable corrective actions.\nPartner with IT, Safety Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs and other global functions.\nIdentify opportunities for automation and process optimization.\nSupport system enhancements, testing activities and implementation projects.\nMentor junior team members and share best practices across the organization.\nYour Profile\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Life Sciences or a related discipline.\nSeveral years of experience in data analytics, reporting or database management.\nAdvanced SQL and database querying skills.\nStrong experience investigating data quality and data integrity issues\nDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience working in complex global and cross-functional environments.\nHighly Desirable\nExperience with Pharmacovigilance systems such as Argus or ARISg.\nExperience with Cognos or comparable reporting platforms.\nPharmacovigilance, Drug Safety or Clinical Data Management experience\nExperience with reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.\nWhat we offer:\n\nWe foster continuous learning: Build expertise in algorithmic thinking, data analysis, pharmacovigilance systems, and global regulations while solving real-world challenges that matter.\n\nWe challenge you to grow: You drive your career.
