You will lead planning decisions spanning Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), balancing customer needs, inventory targets, capacity constraints, and business priorities.\nSuccess in this role will be measured by your ability to optimize service levels, improve inventory performance, proactively mitigate supply risks, and lead cross-functional decision-making in complex and dynamic environments.\nWhat you'll be doing\nLead and optimize the Master Production Plan (MPS) for designated products and complex portfolios.\nBalance production, inventory, capacity, and customer requirements to achieve service, operational, and financial objectives.\nMonitor performance against production plans, identify root causes of gaps, and drive corrective actions to resolution.\nOwn delivery commitments for make-to-order products, considering capacity, material availability, lead times, and business priorities.\nDrive supply planning processes for third-party manufactured products and collaborate with suppliers to mitigate risks.\nLead scenario planning and risk assessments related to capacity, inventory, material availability, and production lead times.\nDevelop and maintain material supply plans (MRP) to support manufacturing requirements.\nManage raw material and component inventories while ensuring uninterrupted production.\nIdentify supply risks and lead mitigation strategies across internal and external stakeholders.\nLead Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) activities, optimizing inventory deployment across the network.\nRecommend inventory, allocation, and replenishment strategies that support customer service and working capital targets.\nLead cross-functional issue resolution and continuously improve planning processes, standards, and best practices.\nWhat you'll bring\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Logistics, or related functions.\nProfessional proficiency in English and Spanish. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nAPICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent supply chain certification.\nExperience with RapidResponse, Maestro, or other advanced planning platforms.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
