Joining Baxter means stepping into a role where your expertise will directly support employees worldwide and help define what great looks like.\nYour Role in the Transformation\nAs a Senior Analyst in HR Operations EDM, you will act as a subject matter expert for Pre-Payroll and HR data management with deep Workday expertise. You’ll own data integrity, audits, and reporting while driving process standardization and automation. This role places you at the core of Baxter’s transformation, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and innovation in HR operations that directly impact employee experience and organizational trust.\nWhat You’ll be doing\nServe as SME for Pre-Payroll and HR Domain with advanced Workday expertise.\nSolve complex employee data cases and escalations with precision.\nOwn Workday data integrity, audits, and reporting to ensure reliability.\nGuarantee accuracy and timeliness of employee data across systems.\nGenerate periodic HR reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.\nPartner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing.\nDrive HR process standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives.\nSupport system enhancements, including UAT and change management.\nMaintain Knowledge Articles and SOPs to strengthen operational clarity.\nTrain and mentor junior team members on HR transactions.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nSeveral years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or GBS.\nStrong understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, payroll inputs).\nProven expertise in HR data quality and process improvement.\nExperience leading HR projects and driving automation.\nAdvanced Workday and ServiceNow knowledge.\nAdvanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is an advantage.\nExcellent communication skills in English.\nYour Background\nGraduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred).\nLean certification (good to have).\n5-9 years of experience in HR Operations.\nExperience supporting North America or EMEA preferred.\nFlexibility to work rotational shifts.\nWork Schedule\nThis role operates on rotational shifts across regions.
