The team is the central support team for the PSM (Purchasing & Supplier Management) team globally, driving uniformity and continuous improvement for PSM related systems, processes and reporting. This position is responsible for the functional support of purchasing tools in the assigned region; Asia-Pacific. The resource will also be responsible for providing technical assistance for the business in an efficient and effective manner.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nSupport for Asia-Pacific users of Purchasing processes and systems. \nResolving queries and issues from P2P users\nAdministration of PSM systems including Coupa, BSM, I-Contract & SharePoint\nPreparing and compiling reports including the issue of PSM metrics monthly & as required\nAssisting with the development, testing and implementation of new P2P technologies and upgrades of existing technologies, including Coupa upgrades & electronic catalogues.\nDelivering training to P2P users from across Europe.\nDriving Improvement and ensuring compliance to PSM processes\nAssist in ensuring that compliance to all SOPs is measured and met.\nFacilitate training in all existing and new processes\nActively participate in or lead projects/initiatives to achieve continuous process improvement \nWhat You'll Bring\n3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA), Procurement, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, or related business operations professional within a global environment.\nHands-on experience with Coupa, Ariba, or similar Source-to-Pay/Procurement platforms.\nStrong understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and solution delivery.\nExperience supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, purchasing operations, supplier management, and process improvement initiatives.\nProven project coordination and stakeholder engagement experience in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills with a keen attention to detail.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; experience with SAP, Oracle, JDE, or other ERP systems is preferred.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.\nAbility to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and changing business needs.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or a related field.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
