Drive Performance. Develop People.\nWe are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Compounding Operations team. Reporting to the Unit or Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading multiple manufacturing teams responsible for the aseptic compounding of products supplied across the UK and Ireland.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine technical expertise, operational excellence, and people management to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations. Working across Grade A-D cleanroom environments, you will champion GMP compliance, continuous improvement, and a culture of engagement and accountability.\nThis role is fully site based, Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm with the flexibility required across all shifts.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs Production Supervisor, you will:\nLead, coach and develop Team Leaders, Deputy Team Leaders and manufacturing associates to achieve operational excellence.\nAct as a visible leader on the production floor, setting high standards for GMP compliance, safety and performance.\nDrive production plan adherence and monitor key operational KPIs, implementing actions to address challenges and improve results.\nCollaborate closely with Planning, Quality, Engineering and Logistics teams to ensure manufacturing activities meet business and customer requirements.\nOptimise manufacturing processes, equipment utilisation and resource efficiency.\nSupport investigation activities, including deviations, complaints and root cause analysis, ensuring sustainable corrective actions are implemented.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives and change control activities that enhance operational performance while maintaining compliance.\nEnsure adherence to GMP, regulatory, corporate and environmental, health and safety requirements.\nSupport audit readiness and actively participate in internal, corporate and regulatory inspections.\nMaintain, update and create operational procedures and documentation.\nRecruit, develop and retain talent while fostering an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture.\nProvide cover for the Unit or Operations Manager when required, including participation in leadership meetings.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Experience\nProven people leadership and direct line management experience.\nExperience managing end-to-end manufacturing operations within a complex production environment.\nDemonstrated success leading continuous improvement, optimisation or investigational projects.\nWorking knowledge of GMP principles and quality systems.\nStrong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment.\nExperience using data and KPIs to drive operational decision-making and performance improvement.\nPreferred Experience\nPharmaceutical, chemical, industrial, process manufacturing or other highly regulated industry experience.\nExperience working within cleanroom environments.\nDegree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.\nKey Skills and Attributes\nWe're looking for a leader who:\nInspires and motivates teams to deliver exceptional results.\nCommunicates confidently and effectively at all levels.\nMakes sound, risk-based decisions in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nThrives on solving problems and identifying opportunities for improvement.\nBuilds strong cross-functional relationships and works collaboratively.\nManages priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.\nHandles conflict constructively and promotes positive team dynamics.\nRespects and values diversity, inclusion and different perspectives.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a critical manufacturing operation.
