As the business continues its ERP transformation journey and explores opportunities to leverage AI across the supply chain, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of how the team operates.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLeading and developing Customer Service and Order Entry teams to deliver excellent service and operational performance.\nManaging customer orders, enquiries, escalations, and service requirements with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness.\nDriving continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, service levels, and team effectiveness.\nSupporting ERP system developments and helping embed new processes and ways of working.\nIdentifying opportunities to utilise AI and automation to improve workflows, reporting, and customer experience.\nCollaborating with Production, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure continuity of supply.\nMonitoring and improving key supply chain performance metrics.\nManaging inventory and stock control activities, ensuring robust stock management and inventory accuracy.\nUsing data and insights to support operational decision-making and drive performance improvements.\nLeading projects that enhance supply chain performance, customer satisfaction, and business results.\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious leadership or management experience within Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or a similar environment.\nA strong customer service background with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes.\nExperience working with ERP systems and supporting system implementation or transformation projects.\nProven ability to lead teams through change and drive process improvement initiatives.\nExperience managing inventory, stock control, and inventory accuracy processes.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nA proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.\nExperience using data to drive operational performance and decision making.\nDesirable Experience\nPower BI experience or other reporting and data visualisation tools.\nExposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience working within a regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or GMP environment.\nKnowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is more than a traditional supply chain leadership role.
