You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring demands, workforce challenges, and business priorities, translating these insights into effective talent acquisition strategies.\nIn This Role, You Will\nLead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nPartner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and workforce planning solutions.\nLeverage market intelligence, talent trends, and competitive insights to influence hiring strategies and support informed decision-making.\nDrive recruitment excellence through innovative sourcing strategies, process optimization, and effective use of recruiting technologies.\nChampion diversity and inclusive hiring practices to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.\nUtilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, improve effectiveness, and enhance stakeholder experience.\nLead strategic and confidential searches for critical business roles.\nSupport the growth and development of your team through coaching, mentoring, onboarding, and capability building.\nInfluence organizational change by helping stakeholders evolve from a transactional hiring approach to a strategic talent partnership model.\nContribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, employer branding efforts, talent pipelining strategies, and transformation projects.\nWhat You'll Bring\nWe're looking for a people leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and is passionate about building strong teams and delivering outstanding talent outcomes.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nExperience & Skills\nProven experience leading a high-performing Talent Acquisition or recruiting team within a complex, global organization.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior business leaders.\nExperience developing and implementing innovative sourcing and assessment strategies that result in successful, high-quality hiring outcomes.\nStrong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent market dynamics, and employer branding.\nExpertise in recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and direct sourcing tools.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.\nExperience navigating fast-paced, evolving environments and leading teams through change.\nDemonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing recruitment professionals.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nWillingness to travel approximately 20% to strengthen stakeholder and team relationships.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn this role, you'll be recognized as a trusted talent advisor, a strong people leader, and a strategic partner to the business.
