Vous interviendrez directement chez les clients pour réaliser les opérations de maintenance, résoudre les problèmes techniques et accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des produits.\nCe poste terrain combine expertise technique, autonomie et relation client. Vous organiserez vos interventions, suivrez le parc d’équipements de votre secteur et contribuerez à maintenir un service fiable pour les professionnels de santé.\nVos missions\nRéaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective sur les équipements Baxter de votre secteur.\nDiagnostiquer les pannes, effectuer les réparations nécessaires et remettre les équipements en service dans le respect des procédures qualité.\nParticiper à la livraison et à l’installation de nouveaux équipements chez les clients.\nFormer les utilisateurs aux fonctions essentielles et à la bonne utilisation des produits lorsque cela est nécessaire.\nAssurer le suivi du parc installé, des maintenances planifiées et des demandes techniques des clients.\nGérer votre stock de pièces détachées, votre outillage et la documentation associée à chaque intervention.\nCollaborer avec les équipes Service et les autres fonctions concernées afin de résoudre les situations complexes et d’améliorer l’expérience client.\nVotre profil\nFormation Bac+2 en électronique, électrotechnique, maintenance ou domaine équivalent.\nPremière expérience dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux, du service technique ou dans un environnement technique comparable.\nBonnes connaissances en électronique, connectivité et réseaux.\nCapacité à intervenir de manière autonome chez les clients et à diagnostiquer des problématiques techniques.\nOrganisation, rigueur, sens du service client et engagement pour la qualité.\nBasé dans le Morbihan et intervenant sur le secteur Nord, vous rejoindrez un environnement international tout en restant proche des équipes, des clients et des produits que vous accompagnez.
