We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.\nHere, you will find more than just a job-you will find purpose and pride.\nTu rol en Baxter:\nSalvar y sostener vidassiendo responsable esponsable de mantener, bajo supervisión indirecta, los edificios, instalaciones, equipos y servicios generales en óptimas condiciones operativas mediante la ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, garantizando la continuidad de las operaciones, la seguridad de las instalaciones y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad establecidos.\nLo que realizarás en Baxter\n1 - Mantenimiento general a los edificios: electricidad, plomería, pintura, resanes, etc.\n2.- Mantenimiento a instalaciones eléctricas industriales 110v, 220v y 480v.\n3.- Conocimiento en lectura e interpretación de Planos.\n4.- Mantenimiento al sistema de alumbrado de la Planta y oficinas, cambio de luminarias: 110v, 277v.\n5.- Revisión, remplazo y servicio básico a motores eléctricos y contactores 110v, 220v y 480v.\n6.- Conocimientos de equipos de refrigeración y aire acondicionado.\n7.- Habilidad para trabajos en altura (preferentemente con DC3).\n9.- Servicio y operación de sistemas de aire comprimido.\n10.- Atención a Contratistas y proveedores de partes/refacciones.\n11.- Cumplimiento de las Normas de Seguridad e higiene en el trabajo.\n12.- Documentación de actividades\n13.- Colaboración con otros Departamentos en diversas tareas y proyectos.\n14.- Inspección periódica de equipos y detectar posibles fallas o condiciones fuera de especificación.\n15.- Disponibilidad de horario\n16.- Conocimientos de control eléctrico.\n17.- Conocimientos de automatización y programación de PLC\n18.- Conocimientos de sistemas hidráulicos y neumáticos.\n19.- Conocimientos básicos de sistemas contra incendios.\n20.- Ingles básico\n21.- Conocimientos básicos en computación\n22.- Disponibilidad para viajar deseable para soporte en proyectos (con visa americana preferentemente).\nLo que aportarás:\nCarrera técnica (técnico electromecánico o técnico mecánico), con uno a tres años de experiencia deseable\nBachillerato con al menos 5 años de experiencia\nCarrera trunca de alguna ingeniería, preferentemente con al menos 3 años con experiencia.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
