You will coordinate the end-to-end tender process, partnering with teams across the business to deliver accurate, timely and compliant submissions while identifying opportunities to improve our tender strategy and success.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nCoordinate and lead all aspects of the tender process from start to finish, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and requirements.\nCollaborate with differents departments to gather and analyze required documentation for tender submissions.\nPrepare and submit tender documents\nMaintain and update a database of all tender-related information and documents.\nProvide insightful analysis of market trends and competitor activities to figure out best strategies for tender success.\nEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements\nEfficiently implement strategies to improve tender win rates.\nWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to align tender strategies with overall business objectives.\nWhat you'll bring:\nA strong understanding of the tender process and healthcare market dynamics.\nOutstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.\nThe ability to work in a team-oriented environment.\nExcellent communication and social skills.\nProblem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in English and italian, both written and spoken.\nWhy you want to work at Baxter\nYou'll join a team committed to excellence, innovation, and collaboration, where your expertise and ambition can directly influence business growth while helping deliver better outcomes for patients across Sicily.\nWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is €32,000 annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills, expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
