We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.\nHere, you will find more than just a job-you will find purpose and pride.\nWe are currently looking for a Trade & Customs Analyst -EMEA (m/f/d)\nAbout the Role\nReporting to the Senior Manager, Global Trade & Customs Strategy and Solutions, you will support day-to-day import/export and trade compliance activities across the EMEA region.\nYou will work closely with the EMEA team of experienced trade compliance professionals and external partners, progressively building your knowledge of customs regulations, processes, and systems while contributing to reliable and compliant global operations.\nThis is a learning and growth-oriented role, with increasing responsibility as your skills and confidence develop.\nWhat You'll Be Responsible For\nWith guidance and support, you will:\nSupport daily import and export compliance activities for Baxter entities across EMEA.\nAssist with the preparation and review of customs documentation and import/export filings.\nHelp monitor compliance with customs, trade, and other regulatory requirements.\nSupport data checks, transaction reviews, and basic audits, escalating issues when needed.\nContribute to the maintenance and update of internal procedures and documentation.\nAssist with customs-related authorizations and programs (e.g., AEO, REX, IPR), as applicable.\nLiaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.\nParticipate in regional projects, process improvements, and standardization initiatives.\nSupport the team in responding to requests from customs authorities or internal audits.\nWhat You Bring\nA degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Law, Economics, or a related field.\n2 to 5 years exposure to customs, logistics, or international trade through internships, apprenticeships, or entry-level roles is a plus, but not mandatory\nStrong attention to detail and a willingness to learn complex regulations and processes.\nA structured, organized, and reliable working style.\nGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an international environment.\nFluency in English; and German essential, additional European languages are a plus.\nA proactive mindset, curiosity, and an interest in global operations and compliance.\nWhat We Offer\nA strong learning curve and structured development in Global Trade & Customs.\nClose collaboration with experienced professionals and regional experts.\nA hybrid working model with up to two remote working days per week.\nA supportive and inclusive environment where questions are encouraged.\nThe opportunity to build a long-term career within a global, purpose-driven organization.\nFor further information, please reach out to Sebastian Lange via E-Mail: \n#IND-DACH\n#LI-SL1\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
