Your leadership will directly impact patient care and our company's success!\nResponsibilities\nSupervise the distribution of all products from the warehouse, optimizing staff efficiency and ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order processing.\nDevelop and implement systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.\nEnsure all new employees receive accurate training and serve as the main contact for employee concerns, taking proactive steps as needed.\nCoordinate and support all standard operating and quality procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, company, and facility regulations.\nAssist in the supervision of product recalls, field corrective actions, and product returns.\nManage the receiving, storage, and shipping of finished goods in a GMP-compliant warehouse.\nCoordinate daily operations across a shift, including performance, attendance, and merit evaluations.\nCollaborate with plant and warehouse management on transportation, warehouse, and inventory control issues.\nCommit to employee feedback and developmental processes, encouraging a positive and productive work environment.\nMaintain department schedules to support production without delays.\nEnsure adherence to all environmental, health, and safety SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures.\nQualifications\nHigh school graduate or equivalent experience; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.\nMinimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in a distribution environment.\nExperience operating powered industrial equipment is preferred.\nStrong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and effectively prioritize and manage multiple ongoing issues.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise software.\nExcellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a proven ability to implement change.\nStrong analytical skills and experience with spreadsheets and word processing applications.\nProven track record of leadership and ability to interface well with other departments, leading effectively and efficiently in a team environment.\nWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $72,000 - $90,000 annually. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
