are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee our IT operations, infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and IT support functions.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with proven leadership and the ability to manage IT operations while supporting business needs and technology projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage the IT team, including workload allocation, performance, development, and daily operations.\nManage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity.\nOversee Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, user access, and endpoint management.\nEnsure the availability, security, and reliability of IT systems and services.\nManage backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and business continuity processes.\nOversee IT support and ensure timely resolution of user issues and incidents.\nManage IT assets, hardware, software, licenses, and technology lifecycle.\nLead IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, and technology improvements.\nManage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and SLAs.\nSupport IT budgeting, procurement, and cost management.\nDevelop and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation, and security standards.\nIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement.\nWork closely with different departments to understand business requirements and provide effective technology solutions.\nMonitor IT risks and ensure appropriate cybersecurity and data protection measures are in place.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in an IT leadership or management role.\nStrong experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.\nStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and networking.\nExperience with firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security, and cybersecurity practices.\nExperience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.\nGood understanding of cloud technologies, preferably Azure and/or AWS.\nExperience managing IT projects and external vendors.\nExperience with IT support/helpdesk operations and service management.\nExperience with ERP or other business applications is a plus.\nStrong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work both strategically and hands-on when required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, cybersecurity, PMP, or similar certifications.\nExperience with PowerShell or IT automation.\nExperience with ITSM/helpdesk platforms.\nExperience in a hybrid working environment.\nKnowledge of
