positive support experience to employees.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide first-level technical support to employees, both remotely and on-site.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.\nInstall, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.\nManage user accounts, access permissions, and email configurations.\nSupport Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.\nMonitor and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and access points.\nPerform regular system updates, software installations, and basic maintenance.\nAssist with data backup, system security, and antivirus management.\nMaintain IT inventory and ensure all company devices are properly documented.\nTrack and follow up on technical support requests to ensure timely resolution.\nCoordinate with other IT team members to resolve technical issues and improve IT operations.\nEnsure employees follow IT policies and security procedures.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.\nAt least 1 year of experience in IT Support, IT Administration, or a similar role.\nGood knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.\nBasic understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.\nGood understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).\nFamiliarity with Active Directory and user account management is a plus.\nBasic knowledge of IT security, antivirus solutions, and data backup procedures.\nGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple support requests.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft 365 administration.\nFamiliarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.\nBasic knowledge of virtualization and cloud-based services.\nRelevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an
