Ideally, you will have expertise in the following:\nBusiness development and account management of multi-shore business application and IT services accounts.\nTarget, penetrate and develop new accounts in business applications, Salesforce.com and Oracle E-Business Suite consulting.\nUse multi-shore delivery model and best practices to develop solution offerings. Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams for: requirement analysis, solution design, development and maintenance.\nOnsite and offshore manpower allocation & management.\nShould be able to prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.\nShould have prior experience working with direct clients as prime vendor.\nNegotiate commercial contracts.\nDevelop account management strategies and manage client relationships.\nDevelop and implement strategies and business models to create win-win engagement model with customers.\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to offer the customer unique perspectives, have strong two-way communication skills, understand the clients value drivers and business economics and be able to have an effective conversation in regards to technology services, offerings, and solutions.\nRequirements\nQualifications \n12+ years of business development experience, which must include selling technology related services and solutions.\nBusiness development background in Salesforce.com and Oracle E-Business Suite consulting.\nWilling to undertake an extensive amount of business-related travel.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.\nBachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, required from an accredited institution. Candidates that have completed a Master's degree program strongly preferred.\nGood understanding of IT projects life cycles in CRM, CPQ, ERP implementations and support.\nGood understanding of RFP processes.\nBenefits\nBayApps offers a competitive salary plus incentive compensation plan including profit sharing.
