You will play a key role in ensuring the site's assets operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably while supporting operational excellence.\nYour Tasks and Responsibilities\nDrive the site’s asset reliability strategy through implementation of asset care and maintenance best practices.\nGovern maintenance planning processes to optimize equipment availability, resource utilization, and maintenance effectiveness.\nDevelop and manage spare parts strategies to balance asset risk, inventory investment, and business continuity.\nMaintain engineering and technical documentation, drawings, asset records, and maintenance history throughout the asset lifecycle.\nLead reliability and maintenance improvement projects to enhance plant performance and operational efficiency.\nManage maintenance-related budgets, performance metrics, and reporting activities.\nCoordinate and manage contractors and vendors to ensure quality service delivery, compliance, and cost optimization.\nSupport site budgeting processes through maintenance cost planning and tracking.\nEnsure compliance with engineering standards, ISO requirements, governance processes, and audit expectations.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, safety, and operational excellence.\nWho You Are\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related discipline.\n0-3 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, asset management, or engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nKnowledge of reliability methodologies, maintenance planning, CMMS/EAM systems (such as SAP PM), AutoCAD, spare parts management, and root cause analysis techniques is an advantage.\nExposure to project coordination, contractor management, engineering documentation control, and ISO-based management systems is preferred.\nStrong analytical, planning, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.\nDemonstrated commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.\nGrowth mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across functions in a dynamic environment.\nWhat We Offer\nAt Bayer, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment where your ideas and contributions make a difference.
