If you want your work to count and the room to become your best, you'll find it here.\nCluster Service Engineer (Cz&Sl)\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a Cluster Service Engineer CZ & SK to provide high-quality field service support for Medrad Injector Systems and other Medrad products across the Western Czech Republic region (Morava).\nIn this role, you will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair at customer sites, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also contribute to service revenue opportunities, maintain service inventory and tools, and work closely with Sales, Clinical Specialists, and other Service colleagues.\nThe position requires extensive travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays when needed.\nYour Tasks and Responsibilities:\nPlan, schedule and perform on-site service activities, including installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing and repair of Medrad products at customer sites in the west part of Czech Republic.\nDeliver a high level of customer support and contribute to customer satisfaction.\nSupport the Cluster service revenue objectives by identifying opportunities and supporting the sale of service and maintenance contracts.\nBuild and strengthen customer relationships through professional technical service and support.\nMaintain and control Service inventory, equipment and tools.\nComplete and submit required service documentation and administrative records accurately and on time.\nMaintain and update customer information and equipment locations in company databases.\nFollow applicable Bayer and Service department processes and procedures.\nProvide technical support and information to customers and dealers across the assigned service region via phone and email.\nSupport the Sales teams by sharing relevant information and providing technical expertise for promotional and customer activities.\nContribute to account strategy development and execution through close collaboration with Sales and other customer-facing teams.\nCooperate with Key Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, other Bayer Field Service representatives and Technical Service Support.\nActively contribute as a member of the Cluster and Service teams and further develop technical and clinical expertise for selected devices and application areas.\nWho You Are:\nBayer seeks an individual who possesses the following:\nTechnical college degree or comparable technical qualification in BIO Medical Engineering.\nStrong Customer focus and commitment to deliver high-quality service, that can influence health recovery and diagnosis process for patients.\nGood electro-mechanical skills and experience working with hand tools.\nGood understanding of analog and digital electronics.\nAbility to read and understand schematics, technical manuals, and related technical documentation.\nEffective planning, organization, and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accountability.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\nWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and stay overnight when required.\nWillingness to support other territories when needed.\nFull B category active driving license.\n Czechian and Slovak language proficiency (native level)\n English language on B2 level\nResidence within or close to the assigned service territory (Czechia, Morava)\nThe following would be an advantage:\nMore than five years of relevant practical technical/service experience.\nHND/HNC or comparable technical qualificationss.\nExperience working within ISO/GMP environments.\nKnowledge of ESD requirements.\nWorking knowledge of inventory management principles.\nIT networking knowledge.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThis position may be allocated in both Czechia and Slovakia.
