As a member of the North America Communications organization, your home squad is NA Communications, where you will contribute to enterprise priorities, collaborate across communications disciplines, and help advance Bayer’s reputation, executive visibility, media relations, and strategic storytelling.\nYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe primary responsibilities of this role are to:\nCreate, draft, edit, and/or publish content, including written, visual, video, and digital communications;\nCollect and analyze research and data to develop insights for content development or as performance indicators;\nProvide support for onsite or local Bayer-sponsored events as needed;\nSupport development of new tools and approaches or improvements to existing ones.\nWHO YOU ARE\nBayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:\nRequired Qualifications:\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program;\nStudying Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills that display innovative and creative thinking and attention to detail (writing sample required);\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, manage competing deadlines, and be proactive;\nAbility to work as part of a team and collaborate with others;\nProficiency with MS Office suite;\nExperience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube;\nExperience with LLMs and websites;\nFamiliarity with any of the following tools or similar: Canva (content design), Sprinklr (social media), SiteCore or WordPress (content management), Bazaarvoice (digital commerce), AI tools.\nThis opportunity is designed for a communications intern who is energized by helping shape Bayer’s reputation, advance innovation, and drive business outcomes in North America.\nEmployees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $20.75 to $58.50. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits may include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc (if relevant).
