This role is responsible for managing customer master data and leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools to generate actionable insights that drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business outcomes.\nGeographical scope\nSite\nCountry/Group of countries\nRegion: MENA\nGlobal\nMajor tasks and responsibilities of position:\nAnalytics:\nAct as a BI expert, providing actionable insights through close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.\nUtilize visualization tools to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data trends and insights.\nEmploy AI tools and techniques to enhance insights generation and drive deeper analysis of customer data.\nDrive the implementation of customer profiling, segmentation, and targeting models, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and monitoring execution excellence.\nManage key projects related to advanced analytics, from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analysis, to optimize resource allocation.\nDeliver and communicate key insights through comprehensive and ad hoc reporting, ensuring relevance and quality.\nMonitor ongoing campaign performance using customer engagement data to support continuous improvement.\nSupport the development of incentive management processes and ensure timely delivery of incentive calculations for the commercial team.\nCRM:\nResponsible for administration, proper functioning, and development of the existing Veeva CRM system ensuring data governance, quality, and availability.\nCollaborate closely with Customer Excellence, Data and Digital teams to enhance sales force efficiency through effective CRM utilization, activities planning, segmentation, and targeting.\nChampion the use of CRM technology across Bayer MENA to enhance understanding of the customer base, supporting increased effectiveness of the field force.\nOwn and manage customer master data in CRM, continuously driving data accuracy and ensuring compliance with global governance standards.\nGuide and mentor CRM specialist to ensure data readiness based on business needs and provide CRM support for internal users while managing external vendors.\nCollaborate with sales managers to align target customers, team structure, and territories in CRM.\nAdminister efficient processes to capture and maintain metadata and ensure optimal use of the Commercial Data Platform (CDP).\nWHO YOU ARE\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field\nSkills/Experience\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, or analytics within a commercial or marketing environment\nProven experience working with CRM platforms (preferably Veeva CRM or similar systems) and managing customer master data is highly preferred\nStrong experience in data analytics, including descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analysis \nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Digital, Customer Excellence) to drive data-driven decisions\nA good knowledge of CRM platforms (Veeva/salesforce) and reporting solutions ( Tableau/PowerBI).\nExperience in creating dashboards and visual reports that drive business decisions.\nExperience in managing customer master data and ensuring data accuracy.\nProficiency in statistical modelling for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, machine learning techniques, and applying data science methods to business problems.\nUnderstanding of AI tools and techniques for data analysis and insights generation will be an advantage.\nExcellent communication and intercultural skills, capable of articulating insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.\nAdvanced knowledge of sales management, marketing, and market analysis.\nEver feel burnt out by bureaucracy?
