If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.\nData Migration Specialist Supply Chain Management\nJob Purpose:\nDrive successful migration and transformation of business-critical data from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA by coordinating data readiness, quality, mapping, validation, and stakeholder alignment, while ensuring a seamless transition and enabling future-state business processes.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nData Mapping, Migration:\nSupport end-to-end data migration activities within the SCM value streams covering SAP MM, SAP EWM, and SAP TM.\nCo-ordinate and support data migration including Prepare > Map > Enrich > Transform > Validate > Correct > Implement > Hypercare > Handover\nPlan & Execute data scoping and mapping workshops from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with Value streams, business, and migration teams\nSupports verifying extraction criteria, clarity on data availability and ensuring that data migration as per data object complies with defined approach\n\nData Quality & Validation\nDrive data requirements and ensures that right set of data gets identified, gathered, and translated with right data quality and data integrity \nEstablish data quality criteria and oversee data cleansing activities to ensure the migration of accurate and reliable data.\nCo-ordinate the data Validation activities with Bayer and implementation partners to ensure timely completion of data validation.\nPerform sanity check in the target system based on configuration specification as part of data migration activities\nStakeholder Collaboration:\nWork closely with Business, Value streams, functional and technical teams to understand data requirements and business needs.\nTracks progress, pushes roadblocks. Provide regular updates to leadership on data mapping, challenges, and resolutions.\nDocumentation and Compliance:\nMaintain detailed documentation of mapping rules which includes Data Migration Specification (DMS) , Field Mapping Document(FMD) & XREF and Validation results.\nEnsure compliance with organizational data governance policies and SAP standards.\n\nRisk Management:\nIdentify potential data migration risks and develop mitigation strategies.\n\nExperience and Skill Set\n\nExperience:\nOverall 8+ years of experience with minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP data migration projects, preferably with a focus on S/4HANA.\nSAP Functional knowledge of SAP MM/EWM/TM Module \nFamiliarity with data migration tools, methodologies, and best practices.\n\nDomain Expertise:\nComprehensive understanding of business processes across SAP SCM value stream.\nTechnical Expertise:\nProficiency in SAP ECC and S4HANA\nStrong expertise in data mapping, validation, cleansing and transformation processes for Master and transaction data as part of S4HANA transformations\nExperienced in creating DMS and FMD documents\nIn-depth knowledge of SAP data structures\nFamiliar with SQL and any data migration tools\n\nPreferred Competencies\n\nProven experience in managing or coordinating SAP data migration projects, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA.\nProven experience in data mapping from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA\nExcellent knowledge of relevant best practices and standards related to data migration\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams , levels and cultures.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools\nLocation:\nBrazil :
