You will work closely with global and local stakeholders to ensure products are registered efficiently, marketing authorisations are maintained, and regulatory requirements are met across multiple markets.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Affairs professional with Consumer Health experience who is looking to work in a global environment and influence regulatory strategy for products that impact millions of consumers worldwide.\nWhat you'll do\nDevelop and deliver global regulatory strategies across the product lifecycle, supporting innovation, product launches, rollouts, and post-approval activities.\nLead regulatory submissions and registrations, working closely with affiliates to secure timely approvals and maintain global marketing authorisations.\nPrepare, maintain, and oversee regulatory dossiers and documentation, ensuring compliance and accessibility across markets.\nProvide regulatory guidance to cross-functional stakeholders, supporting business objectives while addressing health authority requirements and regulatory challenges.\nCollaborate with global Regulatory, Commercial, Quality, Technical, and Scientific teams to ensure successful product registration, lifecycle management, and market access activities.\nWho you are\nDegree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline; a postgraduate qualification is advantageous.\n3-5 years of Regulatory Affairs experience, ideally within Consumer Health.\nExperience supporting regulatory activities for medicinal products, cosmetics, and/or food supplements.\nStrong understanding of regulatory submissions, lifecycle management, and global registration requirements.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across countries and functions.\nWhat makes you successful\nAbility to develop practical regulatory solutions and provide sound regulatory recommendations.\nStrong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nCollaborative mindset with experience working in complex global matrix organisations.\nProactive, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to maintaining high compliance standards.\nContinuous learning mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving regulations and expand knowledge across different regions and product categories.\nJoin us and help bring trusted Consumer Health products to consumers worldwide by delivering regulatory strategies that support innovation, compliance, and successful market access across the globe.\nWhy join us?\nAt Bayer, we're committed to helping our employees grow their careers while making a positive impact.
