If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.\nKey Account Manager-1\nPOSITION PURPOSE:\nThe position is an individual contributor and the incumbent will be responsible for contributing to scientific awareness of the disease therapy, prescription generation and driving secondary sales of Bayer Pharmaceutical Pvt Limitedproducts in institutions, raising demand for products, registration of new molecules and timely payments for supplies.\nYOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nChartering new growth avenue:\nDrive Business Growth in assigned Institutes by delivering on budgeted sales objective objectives while adhering to organizational policies & interest for executing the role as per supervisory mentorship.\nReviews and discuss his/her plans for achievement of allotted budget for each account and for each month.\nSchedule the frequency of calls with Health Care professionals viz. Doctors, Pharmacists and other HCP’s.\nRigorously adheres to coverage plan and frequency.\nMaps potential of assigned Institutes.\nProfiles, prepares HCP’s lists as per business requirements. Plan & prepares interventions for new Doctors conversions.\nWork extensively on Generating demand or Indent from prescribers and on liquidating stocks in assigned Institutes.\nEnsures pre call planning for effective outcomes from HCP’s.\nBuilds consistent, long-term association with KOL’s in assigned Institutes by involving them in Scientific Engagements very regularly.\nIn consultations with marketing and medical affairs team executes and plans for conducting scientific awareness meets.\nCollect and submit insights from the Institutes that can propel growth.\nUse technology developments for effective field operations.\nLeveraging growth opportunities:\nResponsible for timely participation in tenders resulting in revenue generation.\nInitiates and supports in process for registration of newer molecules in niche therapeutic segment.\nTo work on demand generation and liquidation of approved Bayer’s molecules in assigned Institutions.\nEngaging KOLs/ KTLs:\nMaps potential of Institution and develops new KOLs\nBuilds sustainable, long term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Key Thought Leaders in assigned Institution.\nCollaborating with stakeholders\nCollaborates with trade sales teams to drive demand and recommendations for Bayer’s products\nFinancial Recovery\nResponsible for ensuring timely payment for supplies made to institutions and adheres to all process requirements especially documentation for the same.\nRecovery of EMD’s and Bank Guarantees.\nMarket Intelligence:\nGathers market intelligence and shares the same with Line Managers for mutual business goals\nEver feel burnt out by bureaucracy?
