If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.\nKey Account Manager-3\nPosition Summary: The position is an individual contributor and the incumbent will be responsible for contributing to registration and driving sales of Bayer products in institutions, raising demand for products, registration of new molecules and timely payments for supplies.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nChartering new growth avenue:\nCreates strategy to make aggressive entry and drive sales numbers and business for all the company brands in Govt./ Semi Govt. institutions across assigned region\nContributes to registration in Institutions, namely Central Govt. (Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare), State Govt., Semi Govt. Public Sector Undertakings and Railways and other vital Health Institutions of Central and State Govt.\nScrutinizes the formulary for major institutions across the assigned region and takes steps to update Bayer’s products in the formulary\nLeveraging growth opportunities:\nResponsible for timely participation in tenders resulting in revenue generation and identification as well as appointment of Potential Institutional Distributors.\nInitiates and supports in process for registration of newer molecules in niche therapeutic segment\nEngaging KOLs/ KTLs:\nMaps potential of territory and develops new KOLs\nBuilds sustainable, long term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Key Thought Leaders in assigned territory\nCollaborating with stakeholders\nCollaborates with trade sales teams to drive demand and recommendations for Bayer’s products\nWorks closely with distributors and collaborators to enhance Bayer’s product purchase/ indents\nFinancial Recovery:\nResponsible for ensuring timely payment for supplies made to institutions and adheres to all process requirements especially documentation for the same.\nRecovery of EMD’s and Bank Guarantees.\nMarket Intelligence:\nGathers market intelligence and shares the same with Line Managers /unit heads for mutual business goals\n\nYOUR APPLICATION\n\nBayer is an equal opportunity employer that strongly values fairness and respect at work.
