We are Bayer.\nGET TO KNOW OUR AREA:\nJoin our Learning & Development Operations team within Global Business Services (GBS) and help deliver learning experiences that support employees across the organization.\nIn this role, you will be a key point of contact for stakeholders, employees, instructors, and external vendors, ensuring that learning and development initiatives are delivered smoothly and effectively.\nThis is a dynamic, hands-on position that combines Learning Operations, stakeholder coordination, and service delivery, while also providing exposure to Talent Management initiatives and continuous improvement projects.\nYou will work in an international and collaborative environment, connecting with teams across different countries and contributing to a culture focused on efficiency, innovation, and an excellent employee experience.\nYOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:\nPlan, organize, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, learning journeys, and development programs.\nManage registrations, invitations, participant lists, communications, and training logistics.\nSupport activities within Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course setup, tracking, and completion follow-up.\nAct as a point of contact for HR teams, leaders, employees, instructors, and other stakeholders regarding learning-related requests.\nCoordinate external vendors, facilitators, and training partners when needed.\nMonitor timelines, deliverables, and key indicators related to learning initiatives and projects.\nSupport administrative and operational activities, including PO creation and process controls.\nTroubleshoot operational issues and help ensure a positive learning experience for participants.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and greater operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with global teams and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.\nARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys making things happen. You are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders while also being hands-on with the operational activities required to successfully deliver learning initiatives.\nAvailability to work in a hybrid model in São José dos Campos is required, with mandatory on-site presence every Thursday.\nPrevious experience in a Learning & Training environment.\nExperience coordinating training sessions, workshops, corporate academies, learning journeys, events, or development programs.\nKnowledge of Learning & Training processes and systems.\nAdvanced English, with confidence communicating in the language on a daily basis.\nStrong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong internal client orientation and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders.\nA structured, proactive, flexible, and hands-on mindset.\nAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.\nStrong problem-solving skills, with an interest in continuous improvement and process automation.\nAvailability to work in a hybrid model in São José dos Campos, with on-site presence on Thursdays.\nNice to have:\nSpanish language skills, especially for collaboration with teams in Costa Rica.\nHands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Degreed, or similar platforms.\nWhat else you’ll find here:\nAt Bayer, we care deeply about the well-being of our people.
