Monitors development throughout the season, collecting biological information and data from field and strip plots. Presents agronomic information to the research and commercial teams. Arranges and conducts plot tours and provides product knowledge to assist in product and hybrid evaluation. Makes recommendations for new products and hybrids development.\nMain Purpose:\nManage all sample logistics for the Innovation Hub Brenes (reception, preparation, and shipment).\nSupport daily site operations, including goods reception and internal logistics.\nCoordinate logistical preparation for events, visits, and on-site activities.\nAssist in field operations by aligning daily work with Adecco and managing agricultural input stocks.\nSupport HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) activities across the Iberia team\nJob Responsibilities:\nReceive, classify, prepare, label, and dispatch all agronomic samples from the IH (FS + Digital Agronomy Iberia).Ensure compliance with internal procedures on traceability, packaging, documentation, and shipment.\nMaintain continuous alignment with Field Solutions and Digital Agronomy teams to meet deadlines and quality standards for sample logistics.\nManage reception and registration of miscellaneous materials and equipment arriving at the IH; Maintain the warehouse and storage areas in optimal condition (order, safety, and traceability);Control inventory of consumables, tools, and agronomic supplies.\nPlan and execute the logistical setup for internal and external visits, workshops, training sessions, demonstration days, and stakeholder events at the IH.\nEnsure the Innovation Hub Brenes presents a professional and ready-to-host environment at all times.\nSupport the scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of field activities executed by the external Adecco team and follow-up on task execution, workload distribution, and activity quality.\nManage stock of agricultural inputs (seeds, fertilizers, PPE, crop protection products, irrigation materials, etc.) required for trial execution.\nEnsure proper storage, documentation, compliance with safety protocols, and availability of materials.\nCollaborate closely with the Innovation Hub Manager and Iberia Team to ensure operational continuity, efficient resource allocation, and high-quality delivery of field experimentation programs.\nQualifications:\nUniversity degree in Agriculture, Biology, or related fields preferred.\nExperience in logistics, warehouse management, field trials, or agronomic operations is an advantage.\nStrong organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple operational fronts simultaneously.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality and traceability.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work in a dynamic, field-based environment.\nFamiliar with Microsoft Office and digital tools used for logistics or field-data workflows.\nAdvance English (reading/writing).\nCar driving license.\n\nApplication Period:\n21.10.2026 - 05.11.2026\nReference Code:\n894550\n\nDivision:\nCrop Science\n Location:\nSpain : Andalucia : Brenes (Sevilla)\n\nFunctional Area:\nBiological R&D\nPosition Grade:\nGP5\n\nEmployment Type:\nRegular \nWork Time:\nFull Time\n\nContact Us\n\nAddress\nTelephone\nE-Mail\n\nAv.
