If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.\nLogistics Specialist - Nagyigmand\nRole Overview\nResponsible to handle, store and execute in Crop Science / EMEA Product Supply / Supply Chain / Distribution / Central East EU region\nYour Tasks and Responsibilities\nSupply logistics and Distribution: responsible for the transfers (STO, delivery creation) of the forecasted volume with target to optimize the movements (ensures all logistics transactions are in line with International-, Local Transportation Rules)\nHandling and controlling TMS for load building, tendering, POD and billing proposal\nControlling invoices about logistics services in systems (transportation, warehousing, other services)\nReporting, maintenance of KPIs and reviews\nPlans, coordinates and controls shipments following plan established by Logistics Coordinator and Distribution Planner\nEnsuring of placing Trade & Compliance requirements during execution\nAdministration activities: documentation (issuing, archiving all necessary documents)\nEKAER/BIREG/TRACES/PIC maintenance for all relevant shipments in CEE region\nMonthly stock reconciliation/yearly inventory - ensuring compliance with SOX controls\nFollow up of ESH/HSE rules, deliver the job and daily activities of work as in line with of 5S, ISO 9001 and ESTA requirements.\nUnderstand the objectives of the area and maintain the expected improvement and follow-up to achieve these objectives.\nReport the risks and opportunities that detected during working.\nAvoid making unplanned changes in process or way of working, report change needs and impacts of changes done by management.\nReport all non-conformities that could have impact on customer satisfaction or process efficiency and correct them herself/himself if possible.\nMaintain all process and product checks on time, in full with the right direction and record the results.\nKey Working Relations (internal, external)\nExternal Partners: 2PL & 3PL warehouse managers, freight forwarders, Custom Brokers, Officials\nSupply: daily follow up of transfers / SAP- and planning team, warehouse team, shift leads, laboratory- and quality team\nProcurement (back office)\nDistribution: communication, alignment with the Logistics Specialists/Logistics partners, Warehouse and Transportation experts in the EMEA Logistics organization\nTrade & Compliance: communication, alignment with the team continuously\nCustomer Service group: communication with Customer Operations team, Customer Service/interaction team, ERD Master Data Team and System Innovation maintenance of correct document flow\nWho You Are\nBayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related education\nWork experience: Relevant experience in similar position in Logistics, import/export of goods, Customs activities, freight forwarding industry, administrative background\nCommunication: communicates clearly, confidently, and accurately to people at all levels\nAbility to learn: fast learner, ability to follow work instructions accurately\nAttention to detail: works to high level of precision in own work, and able to identify and correct mistakes in the work of others\nSoftware: experience working in SAP is preferable, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office\nLanguage: local language is required, fluency in English is required\nLIFE behavior: collaborate and connect\nCompensation & Benefits\nAt Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices.\nThe minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 660,000 HUF.
