Join us to create motion graphics, animation, video, audio, and generative AI content for digital communications, events, and social media while building a distinctive multimedia portfolio.\nInternship Purpose\nTo develop professional expertise in multimedia design while supporting the delivery of engaging, brand-compliant content across digital communication channels. The role provides hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, video, audio, generative AI, and cross-functional collaboration within the Multimedia Design team.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nYou will gain hands-on experience producing multimedia content for digital communications, events, and social media.\nYou will learn to apply design principles, brand guidelines, technical standards, and creative best practices.\nYou will receive guidance and feedback from experienced Multimedia Designers.\nYou will build a distinctive portfolio while developing skills in motion graphics, animation, video, audio, and generative AI.\nKey Tasks & Success Measures:\nCreate multimedia assets-including motion graphics, animation, video, audio, and generative AI content-across multiple projects, with success measured by their quality and consistency.\nSupport motion graphics, 2D animation, audio editing, sound design, voice-over processing, and synchronization while demonstrating progress in multimedia production skills.\nExplore and use generative AI tools in multimedia production, showing continued development in generative AI skills.\nApply branding, technical, and quality standards consistently to all deliverables.\nParticipate effectively in creative reviews, ideation sessions, and project work, collaborating with designers and project teams and incorporating feedback through creative iterations.\nKey Working Relations:\nMultimedia Designers, Visual Designers, and Work Lead\nContent Creators and Digital Communication Specialists\nProject teams and stakeholders\nRequirements:\nMandatory active student status in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.\n Portfolio demonstrating creativity and skills in design, motion design, animation, video, and audio editing.\nInterest in generative AI and its application in the creative process.\nUnderstanding of visual design, animation, and visual storytelling principles.\nBasic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).\nGood communication skills and English proficiency on B2 level.\nAvailability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including one day per week in the GBS Gdańsk office.\nExperience creating content for digital communications or social media channels is a plus.\nKnowledge of additional motion design, 2D and 3D animation, and other creative software is a plus.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.\nWhat we offer:\nA contract of mandate with an hourly rate of PLN 31.40 gross\nInternship for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility to extend it to 6 or 9 months.\n\n YOUR APPLICATION\n\nBayer welcomes applications from all individuals, regardless of race, national origin, gender, age, physical characteristics, social origin, disability, union membership, religion, family status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or any unlawful criterion under applicable law.
