Customer Service Support (EMEA)

Delivering an Outstanding Customer Experience
Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys coordinating orders, solving challenges, and working in an international environment? Do you thrive in a role where you are the central link between customers, logistics, supply chain, and commercial teams?
As a Customer Service Support, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end order process while ensuring excellent service levels for customers across the EMEA region. You will help drive operational excellence, support on-time delivery performance, and contribute to a seamless customer experience through proactive communication and effective stakeholder collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Process customer orders in SAP and other ERP systems from order entry through invoicing.
- Monitor and manage orders throughout the fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, and resolutions.
- Resolve order-related issues in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Credit Management teams.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims, returns, and credit memo requests.
- Escalate supply and delivery risks that could impact on-time and in-full performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Additional language skills are highly valued, particularly German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Nordic languages.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different countries and functions.

- An annual salary between €40,000 and €48,000 gross, based on 40 hours, including 13th month and holiday allowance

About the Team
You will work closely with customers, distributors, logistics providers, and colleagues across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams. Together, you will ensure products reach customers on time, in full, and in compliance with all applicable requirements while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
