employment conditions.\n\nZakres obowiązków\nDesign, develop, and continuously deploy complex technical solutions (full stack) in a fast-moving, regulated Pharma R&D environment.\nDrive architectural decisions for scalable systems and contribute hands-on development while working in cross-functional teams with IT and R&D experts (biology, chemistry, pharmacology).\nDefine and execute a technical vision for our R&D application landscape with a focus on business value.\nIdentify technical risks and gaps, show solution approaches, and guide the team towards robust solutions.\nMentor engineers and support technical growth across teams.\nIntroduce new technologies, improve engineering workflows, and challenge existing patterns.\nUse AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and delivery speed.\nCombine technical expertise with scientific understanding (e.g., computational biology or computational chemistry).\nWymagania\nExcellent university degree in Computer Science (or equivalent natural science degree, e.g., computational biologist/chemist/…).\n5–8+ years of professional experience with expert-level skills in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Kotlin, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript).\nExperience with backend development and/or frontend frameworks such as React.js.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), containerization, and serverless architecture.\nHands-on expertise in data engineering and/or data science.\nDeep understanding of Agile, CI/CD, and automated testing.\nComfortable making technical decisions in ambiguous problem spaces.\nProven experience leading engineering initiatives and developing others.\nAs a plus: experience working with natural scientists and in regulated environments (e.g., GxP)\nTech
