If you’d like to be part of a team that offers flexibility and support to deliver results, open and timely communication and a climate that fosters motivation and clarity, you’ve come to the right place\nProcess Engineer\nProcess Engineer Multipurpose Unit\nServes as the process support for and plant representative for the design, construction and implementation of capital projects, interfacing technical professionals from other disciplines, sites and technical experts in departments, including Facilities, PCS and Project Engineering, Environmental Operations and Process Development.\nProvides day-to-day process support for troubleshooting and process optimization.\nTASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProvide support to plan, coordinate, and execute technical activities needed to support manufacturing operations while ensuring safe, efficient, productive, and environmentally sound manufacture of active ingredients or intermediates.\nAssist area management and operations personnel in evaluating and achieving area performance goals related to safety, quality, waste minimization, capacity, reliability, and operability, subject to supervisory review.\nCoordinate with corporate and site production planners on production timing and raw material availability; develop and track key performance indicators.\nParticipate in investigations of area performance issues and support implementation of technical solutions related to safety, quality, environmental impact, capacity, reliability, and operability.\nSupport investment projects, maintain and develop area operating documentation, collaborate on plant trials, compile environmental data, coach peers and area personnel, and support Site and Area Production System improvements including OnePSS.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, another engineering discipline OR knowledge BS/BA completed by August 2027.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience, or MS and 0+ years of experience. \nExperience in process measurement and applications in a manufacturing, industrial or engineering environment. \nThis posting will expire on October 30, 2026. \nEmployees can expect to be paid a salary between $63,040.00 - $94,560.00per year. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
