You will help transform Veeva RIM processes through workflow automation, AI, and digital innovation, supporting the vision of faster, simpler, and increasingly automated regulatoryoperations.\nThe offer fully remote working model within Poland.\nKey Responsibilities\nTranslate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions. \nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as Node-RED, n8n, and other approved Bayer automation technologies. \nEnsure automations follow platform standards, security requirements, and GxP expectations. \nSupport solution design by combining knowledge of regulatory business processes with platform capabilities. \nPromote automation-first thinking across regulatory operations. \nMonitor automation performance and identify opportunities for further optimization. \nKey Qualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field. \n3+ years of experience in Regulatory \nPractical experience with Veeva Vault RIM \nStrong technical aptitude with a demonstrated interest in digital technologies, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. \nPreferred\nExperience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (Node-RED, n8n, Power Platform, or similar). \nExperience implementing automations within Veeva Vault environments. \nKnowledge of AI, LLMs, intelligent document processing, and agent-based solutions. \nExperience working in GxP-regulated environments. \nFamiliarity with GitHub repository management \nAt Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices.\nThe minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 12 400 PLN.
