If you're eager to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there's only one choice: Sales Analyst Intern.\nYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe primary responsibilities of this role are to:\nWork with cross-functional teams to develop national and/or brand category plans and strategies for the assigned project, aligning Sales Strategy and Operations and Marketing objectives to customer needs;\nAssist in pulling and analyzing syndicated and customer POS data to support strategic decision-making;\nDevelop recommendations based on the analysis of data from various sources to enhance and improve business results;\nCommunicate results, ideas, and suggestions both in written and verbal formats;\nInteract with Bayer Consumer Health (BCH) colleagues across various job functions within Consumer Health Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Customer Teams/Field Sales;\nDevelop negotiation tactics to deliver mutually acceptable outputs;\nConduct an oral presentation of project results and key learnings to Bayer management upon completion of the internship.\nWHO YOU ARE\nBayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust be pursuing a bachelor's degree program in business or marketing;\nMust be eligible to work in the US now and in the future;\nProficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);\nAble to provide own transportation to and from the work office location; the intern role is hybrid and requires the ability to work in our Whippany, NJ office 3 days a week;\nAbility to travel as needed for in-person meetings or training;\nAvailable May 2027 to August 2027;\nSolid written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise presentations;\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail;\nResults-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables effectively;\nProven problem-solving skills;\nAbility to demonstrate initiative, self-direction, and collaboration capabilities;\nAble to demonstrate work experience and/or capability in leadership, analytics, collaboration, communication, AI tools, project management, self-direction, and initiative.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nJunior pursuing completion of their undergraduate business (Sales) or marketing degree;\nExperience with Circana or Nielson POS data is highly preferred;\nCumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.\nEmployees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $20.75 to $29.50. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
